Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook. Cook (born October 4 in 1978) is an American actress. She was a part of the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) and She's All That(99) and Josie and the Pussycats (2000) as well as in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart voices her. Rachael Cook was a child of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comedian who is currently a social worker as well as JoAnn Cook, a weaver and instructor of cooking. Cook is an Italian-born. Cook was first seen for the first time in a public service ad for foster care when she was seven years old. She began her career as a child model at age 10, and appeared in national commercials for Target and Milk-Bone dog biscuits. She attended Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, as well as Minneapolis South High School.
